Comfortable vacation home in a first-class location

A pleasant living space and a lovely garden in full bloom characterize the wonderful accommodation at Villa Zoello. Palm trees spread their shade over a mature garden in which vibrant bougainvillea and yellow broom. Villa Zoello lies only three hundred meters from lovely, white-sand beaches and in a few places from within the garden, you an catch a glimpse of the sea. A short walk past a lonely road and through the evergreen macchia and reeds and you will find yourself on some of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia.

A house for uncomplicated enjoyment

A thirty square meter loggia, outfitted with a large dining table, comfortable lounge chairs and a seating area offers an area for socializing with family and friends. A separate dining room, with a table, four stools and a couch are located within the house. The open kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. Two bedrooms (one double and one room with a bunk bed) offer enough space for four people. The house has two beautifully crafted bathrooms and a practical warm-water, outdoor shower for your use. Air-conditioning is available.

The Villaggio Rei Sole

Villa Zoello belongs to the recently constructed Villaggio Rei Sole. The individual villas of this villaggio are characterized by a well-planned, solid construction. With a favorable location on the sea, Villagio Rei Sole offers all the comforts and charms of a private residence. The entrance to the villas passes through several acres of untouched countryside and the beach in front of the Villaggio is pristine and covered with light-colored sand.Light, sunny rooms with lots of windows welcome you in true Mediterranean style. A small indoor courtyard, which you can arrange and use as you wish, can create an intimate space for enjoying dinner under the stars or become a relaxed space for children at play. On the large terrace underneath the shade of the pergola, you have an uninterrupted view of the magnificent southern landscape. In the garden you will find a pathway which leads you through the large, green garden with vibrant hibiscus in full bloom, directly to the beach.

In the area

Costa Rei stretches along a kilometre-long beach with fine sand and shallow water which is perfectly suitable also for children. Sports lovers can rent all kinds of water sports equipment along the beach.Villaggio Rei Sole is at the northern part of the beach, whereas the village of Costa Rei is at a distance of roughly 2 km at the central part of the beach. In the Costa Rei village you can find pizzerias, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Once a week the traditional market offers a big variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables, regional specialities and traditional craft products.In 20 minutes by car you can reach the towns of Muravera and Villasimius where the shops are open all-year round - very practical for the off-season period when not all the shops at Costa Rei are open.In the surrounding areas of Costa Rei many more beautiful beaches are well worth the visit, for example Cala Sinzias to the south or the hidden coves at Capo Ferrato to the north. In the hinterland the unspoiled mountains of the Sarrabus are waiting to be explored - ideal for day trips into dense holm-oak forests or trekking in between granite peaks and scented Mediterranean vegetation.
