Private pool with breathtaking views

Villa Ginepro is a luxurious villa with private pool just 950 metres from the sea. The villa is located in Punta Molara near San Teodoro, about 25 km south of Olbia in the north-eastern part of Sardinia and offers a wonderful view of the sea and the coast. At 10 - 15 minutes walking distance there is a small bay with a jetty and a very small sandy beach. By car you can reach many beautiful beaches like Cala Girgolu, Lu Impostu or Cala Brandinchi in 10 minutes.

Luxurious Sardinian villa by the sea

Villa Ginepro is a detached villa with a garden and a large, private pool. From the the pool area you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains.

The architectural style of the villa is characterised by a luxurious Mediterranean design. There are 5 bedrooms with 10 beds and 5 bathrooms on two levels. All 5 bedrooms have air conditioning. On the ground floor there is an elegant living room with a large fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a guest bathroom.

From the villa´s living room there are accesses to the villa´s various terrace areas - a covered lounge area as well as a covered dining area. There is also direct access from the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom to the pool area.

In the basement of the villa are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and an additional guest bathroom. Due to the partly elevated daylight windows, the basement is also pleasantly bright. In addition, there is a second large living room with kitchenette, dining area, sitting area and fireplace in the basement. From this living room there is direct access to a covered outdoor terrace.

The well-maintained garden offers plenty of privacy and is equipped with an outdoor shower made of granite blocks. The barbecue area is harmoniously nestled between large boulders and has a barbecue, pizza oven and sink. There are three covered parking spaces.

An external staircase leads to a sun terrace of about 40 square metres from where you can enjoy a spectacular 360° panorama: the island of Tavolara, the promontory of Capo Coda Cavallo, the beach of Lu Impostu and the mountains and hills of southern Gallura.

The surroundings

Villa Ginepro is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia, with hills and mountains in the hinterland and many beautiful bays and beaches along the coast. It is an ideal place to enjoy unspoilt nature, with walks along the coast, diving, snorkelling, canoeing and surfing. The stretch of sea in front of the village is part of the Tavolara-Capo Coda Cavallo Marine Reserve.

There is a small beach 950 metres from the villa, but it is only about 15-20 metres wide and therefore not particularly suitable if you want to spend a day sunbathing and swimming. From this beach, short paths lead to other romantic coves nestled between fantastic rocks. More extensive beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. Among the most beautiful are Porto Taverna, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu and La Cinta.

In the village of Monte Petrosu, 3 km away, Andrea´s mini-market tempts with fresh pasta and many selected delicacies of the island. Bar della Piazzetta is known for its excellent cappuccino, and Piero and Bastiana serve seafood specialities and typical Sardinian dishes at the Quattro Venti restaurant.

In the surrounding area there is a rental service for mopeds, bikes, surfboards and inflatables, a diving centre and a riding school.
A 9-hole golf course is only 10 km away in the village of Puntaldìa.
