Villa Rubia with private pool is situated in the midst of green hills near the well-known holiday town of Villasimius and its dream beaches. Absolute tranquillity awaits you in the Mediterranean garden and by the villa´s pool - you can only hear the wind blowing through the maquis and smell the bewitching scent of the oleander in bloom. It is a 5-minute drive to Campus beach, one of the many beautiful sandy beaches in the area.

Holidays with family or friends

With a plot of over 1,200sqm and plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, Villa Rubia is ideal for holidays with a large family or group of friends, as well as for smaller groups of travellers looking for peace and contact with nature.

Villa Rubia is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms with 9 beds. For an additional charge, two more beds can be provided, so that Villa Rubia can accommodate up to 11 people in total.

Two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a large living room with sofa corner and smart TV are located on the ground floor of the villa. An open kitchenette is integrated into the living room and is well equipped with a cooker, oven and large refrigerator.

On the upper floor of the villa are two more bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and a single bed. A second bathroom and an outdoor veranda with beautiful views over the surrounding hills are also on the upper floor. Villa Rubia has WIFI, air conditioning and two private parking spaces on the property.

The heart of Villa Rubia is the large, covered outdoor terrace overlooking the private pool, whose water sparkles in the sun. On the terrace, in addition to a cosy seating area, there is also a large, brick barbecue and a dining table for 10 people at which you can spend convivial evenings in the balmy night air.

The spacious garden with Mediterranean plants and lawns offers both sunny and shady areas at any time of the day. The pool is always ready to cool off. While swimming, the view wanders over the peaks and green slopes of the surrounding mountains.

The surroundings

The very beautiful sandy beach of Campus is about 2.9km away from Villa Rubia. Many other fantastic beaches such as Porto Giunco or Campulongu can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The water quality around Villasimius is excellent, as the entire coast is a maritime nature reserve.

You can reach the centre of Villasimius in about 7 minutes by car. There you will find supermarkets open all year round and many excellent restaurants. During the summer months, the lively centre of the village with its many bars and shops is the meeting point for evening strolling and shopping.

The marina of Villasimius is the starting point for discovering the coast from the sea and the offshore islands. Excursion boats leave from the marina or you can hire a boat yourself to explore the coast on your own.

The capital Cagliari is about an hour´s drive away and the coastal road is considered one of the most beautiful panoramic roads in the Mediterranean with views that leave you speechless.
