Villa Fernando offers pure bathing fun: The fantastic holiday villa is situated in a quiet garden and borders directly on the fine sandy beach of a sophisticated villa area. Over three floors the light-flooded property develops a particularly stylish ambience. Whoever would like to enjoy the lively Sardinian village life in addition to this wonderful, near-natural location will find what they are looking for in Pula, which is only a few kilometres away. There are shopping facilities, restaurants and a fresh weekly market. In the excavation sites of Nora, Roman finds from the 9th century BC are impressive.
Lots of space for the perfect holiday: Villa Fernando is a light-flooded property on a quiet garden plot. Over three floors it unfolds a noble, but also relaxed beach house atmosphere with its noble wicker and wooden furniture. On the upper floor the view through the window front of the generous living room sweeps far over the sea. A fantastic retreat is also waiting in the luxurious outdoor area behind the house: A large terrace in front of the lush, flowering garden and a cozy pine forest is a shady place for deep relaxation. Dolce Far Niente can be perfectly celebrated in cosy rattan furniture or in the noble garden pavilion with open sides. From the front garden it is only a few steps across the well-tended lawn to the light, fine sand and the turquoise blue sea. A decorative bamboo fence separates the villa from the neighbouring Villa Massida, which can be rented together with Villa Fernando if required and can accommodate up to 10 additional people.
Villa Fernando has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 modern shower rooms. Two bedrooms are on the second floor, both with sea views and each with a small, unfurnished balcony on the sea side of the house. Both bedrooms are equipped with classic double beds, one of which can also be separated into two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower on the second floor. Another bedroom with double bed, also suitable for 2 single beds, is located on the first floor of the cottage next to the living room. It has a private bathroom with shower, the view goes to the side to the garden and you can see a little bit of the sea. There is also a fourth, small room in the basement with a double bed, which can be separated into two single beds. This room is only equipped with two small skylight windows.
On the basement floor there is a spacious kitchen-living room with open fireplace and a large dining table, equipped with all electrical appliances. In front of the house there is a covered terrace with a dining table. The area behind the holiday home is particularly luxurious with a covered garden pavilion open on all sides. In the background there are crickets chirping and from the sea you are separated in the front garden only by a lawn and a hedge. A romantic conclusion after a wonderful day´s holiday: an evening walk on the extensive beach or watching the moon reflect on the water from the balcony.
A small supermarket for quick shopping trips is reachable by car in just a few minutes. The nearby town of Pula offers a great selection of shopping possibilities, even the opportunity to buy your wares directly from the farmer himself. There you will find boutiques, plazas and churches for your shopping and sightseeing pleasure. A plaza with a church and an ancient stone wall invite a day of strolling. A major cultural attraction in the area is excavation site of the ancient Roman city of Nora, which was founded in 900 B.C. Only 10 minutes by car from the house the white sandy beaches of Chia beckon for a visit, with dunes covered in juniper bushes and clear Caribbean-like waters. Sporting opportunities are ample in this area, including golfing at Is Molas, horse riding excursions, and boat rental from the private yacht club of Cala Verde.

Arrival and departure
The houses are rented on a weekly basis, in general the arrivals are made Sundays and the departures on Saturdays. Depending on your flight or ferry connections we can make it possible for you to arrive or depart on other days as well.
For late arrivals after 8 pm an extra fee of Euro 50 will be charged.
Prices and tariffs
The prices quoted include the rental, accessory charges such as water or gas, final cleaning, reception and assistance as well as one set of bed linen and two towels per person. The beds are made upon arrival. 50 kwh electricity/week as basic consumption of the house are included, for large villas 100 kWh/week and for large villas with an own pool 150 kWh/week.
Potential additional costs
If your house has air conditioning (heating and cooling function) we charge a prepayment of 50 Euro per week. The prepayment does not have to be paid in case you do not want to use the air conditioning. Please let us know before signing the mediation contract.
If you consume more than the included amount of electricity (50/100/150 kWh per week) the excess consumption costs 0,60 Euro/kWh.
If you travel with a dog a fee of Euro 50 has to be paid for the extra work at the final cleaning.

A deposit has to be made for the case of any damage that may occur. The amount varies in general between Euro 400 and Euro 700 depending of the house category. The deposit will be refunded after your departure except in cases of significant damage to the house.
The payment generally is made by bank transfer. For an extra charge of 1% on the total amount of the booking the payment can also be made by credit card or paypal. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Please send us an e-mail if you want to pay by credit card.
A down payment of 30% of the total amount of the booking has to be made within one week after booking. The remaining sum has to be paid until 8 weeks prior to departure.
cancellation cost until 90 before the start of the renting period: 40% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation in between 89th and 60th day before the start of the renting period: 60% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation in between 59th and 30th day before the start of the renting period: 70% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation within 30 day before the start of the renting period or non-commencement: 90% of the total amount of the booking
