Stylish living on two levels

The villa is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to four guests. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs - ideal for shared meals and cosy evenings. The separate, modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A first bathroom completes the ground floor. An elegant staircase leads to the upper sleeping area with exposed wooden beams, which creates a warm atmosphere. Here there is a double bedroom, a further bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together if required and a second bathroom with shower.

Facilities also include air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, microwave, kettle and a barbecue for al fresco dining. The spacious veranda, furnished with tables and chairs, invites you to spend the balmy summer evenings with a glass of wine - surrounded by the scent of nature and accompanied by the chirping of crickets.

The surrounding area

The villa is strategically located just a few minutes´ drive from Alghero´s most beautiful beaches, including Lido, Maria Pia, Le Bombarde and Mugoni. The historic centre of Alghero with its charming alleyways, boutiques and restaurants is also within easy reach and is ideal for evening strolls along the harbour. The picturesque village of Bosa, the breathtaking SS 105 coastal road, the famous La Pelosa beach in Stintino and the national park on the offshore island of Asinara are ideal for day trips.
