Mediterranean ambience and the sea in front of the house
Villa Amare lies right on the sea. The path you take to the beach passes maquis bushes and heads directly from the grounds to the sandy beach. This spot is especially suited to families with children, as the water offshore is shallow and the children can play in the water. Submerged rocks offshore invite diving and snorkeling. The sand is white and fine grained.
A treat for all your senses
A spacious, cozy and modern beach house with three double rooms and one single room. The house has 2 bathrooms, plus a separate guest toilet. Center of the house is the fully glazed open kitchen with an island unit. A couch offers the possibility for social gathering or relaxation. Villa Amare is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge-freezer.Highlight of Villa Amare is the spacious terrace, whose stone benches are assorted around the barbecue and offer plenty of space. You can enjoy a mervellous sea view from the terrace, as the garden of Villa Amare is adjacent to the beach.
In the area
The Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sardinia with a wonderful sandy beach that is several kilometres long, slopes gently into the sea and is also ideal for families with children. Sports lovers can rent all kinds of water sports equipment along the beach.
In the village of Costa Rei you can find pizzerias, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, in large part accessible on foot. Once a week the traditional market offers a big variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables, regional specialities and traditional craft products.
In 20 minutes by car you can reach the towns of Muravera and Villasimius where the shops are open all-year round - very practical for the off-season period when not all the shops at Costa Rei are open.
In the surrounding areas of Costa Rei many more beautiful beaches are well worth the visit, for example Cala Sinzias to the south or the hidden coves at Capo Ferrato to the north. In the hinterland the unspoiled mountains of the Sarrabus are waiting to be explored - ideal for day trips into dense holm-oak forests or trekking in between granite peaks and scented Mediterranean vegetation.

In addition to the following rental-prices for this property there has to be paid Euro 300 for final cleaning. Furthermore Euro 20 per person and week have to be paid for a set of bed linen with two towels. Electricity, water and gas consumption are charged at a flat rate of €30 per day.

Arrival and departure
The property is rented by the week, with arrival and departure usually on Saturdays. Depending on your flight or ferry connections, we may in some cases be able to arrange for you to arrive or depart on a different day.
Arrivals are possible between 16:00 - 20:00 (pm), departures between 8:00 - 10:00 (am). For arrivals or departures outside these times, a fee of € 50 will be charged.
Additional costs
The final cleaning is charged at 300 euros per stay (kitchen equipment and crockery/pots and pans must be handed over cleaned).
In addition, there is a charge of 20 euros per person per week for one set of bed linen and two towels. The bed linen is changed weekly.
Electricity, water and gas consumption are charged at a flat rate of €30 per day.
Should the kitchen equipment not be handed over cleaned or waste be left in the house on departure, a fee of € 50 will be charged for this.

Deposit
A deposit has to be made for the case of any damage that may occur. The amount for this property is Euro 800. The deposit will be refunded after your departure except in cases of significant damage to the house.
Payment methods
The payment generally is made by bank transfer. For an extra charge of 1% on the total amount of the booking the payment can also be made by credit card or paypal. Please send us an e-mail if you want to pay by credit card.
Payment terms
A down payment of 30% of the total amount of the booking has to be made within 3 days after booking. The remaining sum has to be paid until 8 weeks prior to departure.
Cancellation terms
cancellation cost until 31 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation in between 30th and 15th day before the start of the rental period: 75% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation in between 14th and 5th day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation within 4 day before the start of the rental period or non-commencement: 100% of the total amount of the booking
