Modern beach house in a great location

In a beautiful natural landscape with long sandy beaches, lagoon lakes and pine forests lies Villetta Alba, a modern holiday home with its own garden. It is a 7-minute walk to Li Cuppulati beach, one of the many beautiful beaches in the village of Budoni. Villetta Alba is suitable for couples as well as for family holidays with children.

Well equipped house with private garden

Villetta Alba is a holiday home of about 75sqm with two bedrooms for up to four or five persons. As a corner house, Villetta Alba is detached on three sides and has its own garden with lawns, many colourful flowers and a brick barbecue. The surrounding hedge provides the necessary privacy.

The living room with integrated kitchen has a comfortable sofa and dining table. The sofa can be converted into a bed so that a fifth person can sleep here. Alternatively, an additional bed can be placed in the double room for a fifth person. In the modern kitchen you will find all the kitchen appliances necessary for a great holiday stay. Villetta Alba has been cleverly designed for beach holidays and offers a very good level of equipment: both the living room and one of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and, in addition to many household appliances, there are even special safety features such as smoke detectors.

The Sardinian-style furnishings underline the bright and friendly character of the house. The colours of white, blue and yellow as well as lovely decorative details are reminiscent of the nearby beach and the sea.

A large sliding glass door connects the living room with the house´s covered terrace, where you can have a wonderful breakfast in the rising morning sun. At the back of the house is a second covered terrace, so you can find just the right spot in the sun or shade at any time.

It is a short walk of about 700 metres to the beach, which leads past an idyllic lagoon lake where flamingos and other birds can often be seen. Other beaches and bays can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot. Interesting for dog owners: the Fido Beach, one of the few official dog beaches in Sardinia is only 2 km away from the house.

The surroundings

The village of Budoni is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Sardinia for families and couples thanks to its long, white sandy beaches, turquoise sea and green hills in the hinterland. Villetta Alba is located in Agrustos, a district of Budoni that is an ideal base for exploring the numerous beaches and the beautiful nature.

From the house you can reach several bars and restaurants with a walk of 10 minutes. The centre of Budoni with many other restaurants and supermarkets is about 2.5 km away. From the well-known marina Porto Ottiolu (1.8km) you can take boat trips to explore the natural beauty of the coast, such as the marine park of the rocky island of Tavolara.

Heading south, we recommend a romantic excursion to the old town of Posada (15km), which sits picturesquely on a hill above the town and the coastal plain around the old castle ruins "Castello della Fava".

Heading north, after about 9 km you reach the lively holiday resort of San Teodoro with its famous sandy beach "La Cinta", considered one of the most beautiful in Sardinia, with snow-white sand and shallow, crystal-clear water.

The city of Olbia with its airport and ferry port is about 25 minutes by car from Villetta Alba.
