Villa del Mar enchants its guests with an incomparable view of the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea, whose waves lapping gently against the rocks of the coast directly in front of the house. Thanks to its strategically ideal location in a quiet outskirts of the Cagliari region, the villa combines all the amenities of the nearby island capital with the bathing pleasures of the famous sandy beaches in south-eastern Sardinia. Villa del Mar also sets standards in terms of facilities, with exclusive furnishings, many extras and a large private pool as a highlight.

Exclusive ambience that leaves nothing to be desired

This very spacious villa extends over 3 floors with about 300 sqm of living space and offers room for up to 12 guests. On the ground floor you will find the living and dining area of the villa with a large sofa group around the fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen is separated from the dining area by a sliding door. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed on the ground floor. From the floor-to-ceiling window of the bedroom, the view goes into the garden and to the sea.

In the basement there is another bedroom with double bed, another bathroom with shower and a large playroom with pool table, table football and table tennis. Those who need a break from games can make themselves comfortable in the lounge area in the basement.

On the first floor of the villa there is a third large double room and a room with two single beds. Both rooms offer spectacular views of the sea in front of the house. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with both a massage shower and a bathtub. A large roof terrace on this floor invites you to sunbathe.

Also on the first floor is a separate flat which remains closed and can be rented additionally if required (see Villa del Mar II).

All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned and equipped with flat-screen TVs (smart TVs) where you can watch Netflix and other streaming services if you have subscriptions, thanks to the villa´s fast Wi-Fi.

In the villa´s garden, there is a large covered terrace with a large dining table and barbecue area for a happy barbecue evening with the whole family. Another covered terrace with comfortable seating beckons with a panoramic view of the sea and the private pool, which measures approximately 12m x 6m. From the garden gate, you walk about 12 metres across a meadow and you are already standing at the small pebble bay in front of the house.

The nearest sandy beach, the "Spiaggia di Sant´Andrea" is about 1.7km away and can be reached by a 20-minute walk along the coast.

The nearest supermarket is a 2-3 minute walk away, and there is also a recommended pizzeria and lounge bar within walking distance. The 8km long sandy beach Poetto with many excellent restaurants and beach bars can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The city centre of Cagliari is about 20 minutes away by car. Numerous sights await you there, such as museums, excavation sites and a wonderful old town. Immerse yourself in the lively nightlife of the capital on the central "Piazza Yenne" and enjoy the joie de vivre of the Cagliaritans in one of the most beautiful harbour cities of the Mediterranean.

Towards the southeast, a wonderful landscape and many beaches that are among the most beautiful in Sardinia await you. From the beach "Mari Pintau" (15km) to Villasimius (35km) to the Costa Rei (45km), there are more than 30 fantastic beaches along the coast, all reachable in 15 to 45 minutes by car.
