Paradise holiday villa with a dream view

Amidst fragrant macchia bushes, Villa degli Angeli is enthroned above the sea with a view of turquoise-blue, crystal-clear water. The unique location, unparalleled even in Sardinia, leaves an unforgettable impression. You wake up to the sound of the sea and in the evening you see the sun sinking glowing red into the sea. A private access leads directly from the house down about 20 steps to the water. There you can swim between the rocks. The beautiful sandy beach Cann´e Sisa can be reached on foot along the rocks in about 4 minutes.

Breathtaking view of the sea

Villa degli Angeli is situated on a beautiful, natural hillside plot with imposing rock formations and typical Mediterranean flora. Even in the height of summer you can enjoy absolute tranquillity here. You won´t be able to get enough of the shapes of the granite blocks washed out by wind and water and the glitter of the sea.

The house has recently been completely renovated and modernised by the owner. A powerful air conditioning system of the latest generation creates pleasant temperatures while solar panels ensure sustainability. A fast and stable Wi-Fi is available for guests.

The house is tastefully decorated in light colours. A spacious living room is divided by an impressive indoor fireplace into a sitting area and a dining area, both with sea views. An enclosed kitchen is accessible from the dining area and is very well equipped with a dishwasher, cooker and oven.

The terrace is also accessible from the dining area and offers a magnificent view of the water in its turquoise and blue tones. From the terrace, a few steps lead to a second terrace-like area in the garden for sunbathing or barbecuing in the evening. A private sea-access leads down a few more steps to a bathing spot among the rocks where you can dive into the waters of the Mediterranean.

With 4 bedrooms and an additional sofa bed or extra beds on request, Villa degli Angeli sleeps a total of 8-10 people. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the right side of the building: a double room with sea view and en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms (one with sea view and one with hillside view), each with two single beds that can also be arranged as double beds. These two bedrooms share a second, large bathroom. The fourth bedroom with a bunk bed and a guest toilet (without shower) are accessible from the kitchen and are located in the left part of the building.

On the second floor, slightly offset above the villa, there is a flat for 2-3 persons with a separate entrance and its own terrace. If space is needed, the flat can be rented additionally, otherwise the flat is rented separately. The use of the outdoor areas and the access to the water is exclusively reserved for the guests of the villa.

Nearby

Torre delle Stelle stretches over 3 hills that rise steeply from the sea and offer spectacular views of the Gulf of Cagliari. Along the hills, small roads wind through the settlement, unpaved in places. Besides two beautiful sandy beaches - Cann´e Sisa and Genn´e Mari - there are also two small supermarkets, two pizzerias and a pharmacy. Torre delle Stelle is considered an insider tip and many international celebrities who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Costa Smeralda have their holiday villa here.

In the surrounding area, you can discover the beautiful landscapes of the southeast as well as many other dreamlike beaches, which are among the most beautiful in Sardinia. While the mountains of the Sarrabus rise steeply in the hinterland, the marine national park near Villasimius entices you to take boat trips into the unique water world. In Villasimius you will find numerous supermarkets, restaurants and a lively nightlife during the summer months.

The island´s capital Cagliari is only about 35 minutes away by car and is also worth a trip with its narrow old town streets and Mediterranean flair.
