Spacious 1-room flat on the upper floor of a villa that towers over the sea amid fragrant macchia bushes. The unique location, which is unparalleled even in Sardinia, impresses with an incomparable view of the turquoise blue, crystal clear water. You wake up to the sound of the sea and in the evening you see the sun sinking glowing red into the sea.

Appartamento degli Angeli is an approximately 40sqm studio flat with bathroom and a 16sqm terrace on the upper floor of Villa degli Angeli. The villa is rented separately and also offered on our website. The entire villa including the flat has recently been completely renovated and modernised by the owner.

The flat has a separate entrance. In the spacious living room with indoor fireplace there is a king-size sofa bed with comfort mattress and an additional folding bed, so that the flat is suitable for up to 2 adults with a child. A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet is adjacent to the living room.

The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker, oven and large refrigerator and the flat has air conditioning and fast WiFi. Dishwasher and washing machine are not available.

The heart of the flat is the covered terrace with dining table, lounge area and a magnificent 180 degree panoramic view of the sea. It is only about 20 metres from the villa to the water. However, direct access to the rocky coast below the house is reserved for guests of the lower villa. The nearest, very beautiful sandy beach can be reached from the flat with a walk of about 8 - 10 minutes.

Torre delle Stelle stretches over 3 hills that rise steeply from the sea and offer spectacular views of the Gulf of Cagliari. Along the hills, small roads wind through the settlement, unpaved in places. Besides two beautiful sandy beaches - Cann´e Sisa and Genn´e Mari - there are also two small supermarkets, two pizzerias and a pharmacy. Torre delle Stelle is considered an insider tip and many international celebrities who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Costa Smeralda have their holiday villa here.

In the surrounding area, you can discover the beautiful landscapes of the southeast as well as many other dreamlike beaches, which are among the most beautiful in Sardinia. While the mountains of the Sarrabus rise steeply in the hinterland, the marine national park near Villasimius entices you to take boat trips into the unique water world. In Villasimius you will find numerous supermarkets, restaurants and a lively nightlife during the summer months.

The island´s capital Cagliari is only about 35 minutes away by car and is also worth a trip with its narrow old town streets and Mediterranean flair.
