Villetta Meraviglia is a modern holiday home with a private pool. It is located on a quiet side street, just a few minutes´ walk from the lively centre of San Teodoro. Many bars, restaurants, shops and ice cream parlours characterise the typical summer hustle and bustle of the town. San Teodoro is famous for its three-kilometre-long sandy beach ‘La Cinta’, which is considered one of the most beautiful in Sardinia and is only 1.9 kilometres away from Villetta Meraviglia. Other beautiful bathing bays, such as Cala D´Ambra, which is about 2.5 kilometres away, or Isuledda beach, which is about 3.5 kilometres away, make Villetta Meraviglia an ideal starting point for varied beach days combined with the privacy of your own pool and the advantages of nearby village life.

Modern house with plenty of comfort

Villetta Meraviglia is a very well-maintained, single-storey house with approximately 65 m² of living space. The bright, modern furnishings with subtle colours and carefully selected materials create a cosy atmosphere. Large windows facing the veranda allow plenty of light into the living area and create a harmonious transition between the interior and exterior.

The central living room adjoins an open-plan kitchen with a dining table, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Two bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed if required – and a modern shower room with a window offer space for four people. If required, the sofa in the living room can also be converted into a bed for two children or teenagers. Particular emphasis has been placed on contemporary living comfort: the house is fully air-conditioned and smart TVs are available in the living area and in both bedrooms. Wi-Fi is also available. A washing machine and dishwasher ensure that everyday life remains uncomplicated even on holiday.

The outdoor area offers pure relaxation with a 5 x 3 m pool, which is exclusively available to guests of Villetta Meraviglia. The terrace with sunshade and comfortable lounge furniture invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors and cosy evenings. A private car park at the house and an outdoor shower with hot water complete the comfort.

The surroundings

San Teodoro is one of the most popular holiday resorts on the north-east coast of Sardinia. The lively town centre with restaurants, bars, small shops and ice cream parlours is just a few minutes away and is particularly inviting for strolling and lingering in the evenings. Supermarkets and other shopping facilities are also nearby, making self-catering easy.

In addition to La Cinta beach, Cala D´Ambra, Isuleddu, Lu Impostu and Cala Brandinchi (‘the little Caribbean’) also offer excellent swimming opportunities in a variety of landscapes – from expansive sandy beaches to sheltered bays. Boat trips to the impressive rocky island of Tavolara, walks through the lagoon landscape or hikes in the hilly hinterland with its waterfalls and viewpoints are ideal for excursions. Water sports such as stand-up paddling and kitesurfing provide variety. The region combines nature experiences, beach holidays and a lively nightlife in a pleasant way.
