Villa Elefra is located in a beautiful area on the south-west coast of Sardinia in the middle of a pine forest just 100 metres from the beach. Surrounded by the scent of pine cones, exotic flowers and the nearby sea, you can enjoy your time by the villa´s large, private pool or on the shady terrace.

Plenty of space for larger groups

Villa Elefra is a stylish holiday home that is also ideal for larger groups. The villa is spread over two floors and offers space for up to 10 guests with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. One bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor, the other four bedrooms are on the first floor - two of them with double beds and two with two single beds each, which can also be put together as double beds on request.

The furnishings are in a cosy country house style: upholstered furniture to sink into, an open fireplace in the living room, a spacious dining area with bookshelves as well as pictures and antiques to match the style. Dark wood chests of drawers provide a contrast to the light-coloured ambience.

The closed kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all important kitchen appliances. Both the living and dining area of the villa and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. W-LAN ensures a fast internet connection. A Smart TV with a 50-inch screen, 4 private parking spaces and a charging station for electric cars round off the villa´s excellent facilities.

A covered terrace in typical Sardinian style, "Sa Lolla", runs along the entire long side and part of the front of the house - fully equipped with a dining table for 10 people and plenty of seating. The garden also offers plenty of space for all guests with its approximately 2,000 square metres. Green plant islands and colourful flowers in large Mediterranean pots are a delight to the eye. The large, private pool in the centre of the garden is the highlight of the villa.

Villa Elefra is located in a very quiet residential area, which is separated from the public by a barrier - only the residents and guests of the houses have access to this area and the sandy beach, which can be reached in 1-2 minutes on foot from Villa Elefra. As on many stretches of coastline on the south coast of Sardinia, this beach can also become covered in seaweed, which may not be cleared for nature conservation reasons.

The surrounding area

The south-west is one of the most beautiful regions of Sardinia and offers unspoilt nature and fantastic beaches such as the beaches of Chia, which are among the most beautiful in the Mediterranean: white sand, juniper-covered dunes up to 30 metres high and Caribbean blue sea. Chia can be reached from Villa Elefra in 10 minutes by car.

The lively town of Pula is about 10 kilometres away. Street cafés, fashion boutiques and small shops invite you to take an evening stroll in the pedestrian zone and around the town´s central piazza. Pula also offers plenty of culinary variety: there are numerous recommendable restaurants, good food shops and a weekly market selling excellent locally sourced produce. In the area around Pula, you can often buy local produce directly from the farmers.

Cultural highlight of the area around Pula: on a peninsula lies the interesting archaeological site of the ancient harbour town of Nora, founded in the 9th century BC, 4 minutes from the house by car. Directly adjacent to the archaeological site is a nature park in a lagoon landscape where many plants and animals can be observed. Guided tours of the park are offered, including a visit to the adjacent sea turtle sanctuary.

Cagliari, with the flair of a Mediterranean harbour town, its winding alleyways and countless boutiques, can be reached by car in half an hour. The renowned 27-hole golf course of Is Molas is around 6 kilometres away.
