Modern holiday home with shared pool

Casa Maria is located on the green hills in the hinterland of the Costa Smeralda in the exclusive residence of Sole Ruju, just a short drive from Olbia. The enchanting nature with its wild rock formations and Mediterranean Macchia guarantees you relaxation, while at the same time you enjoy the proximity to the beautiful beaches and sights in north-east Sardinia.

Modern furnishings and excellent facilities

Casa Maria was completely renovated in early 2024 and is now one of the most beautiful houses in the entire Sole Ruju residence. On the ground floor is the living and dining area of the house as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern shower room. A glass front leads from the living area onto the covered terrace of the house and into the outdoor area with a large barbecue. There is also a small outdoor area at the front of the terraced house.

On the upper floor, two bedrooms offer space for 4 people. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the beds in the second bedroom can be arranged as either two single beds or a double bed. Roof windows provide plenty of light and a bright, friendly atmosphere in the house. Electric blinds can be used to close all the roof windows. WLAN and air conditioning round off the excellent facilities in the house.

The Sole Ruju residence has a communal pool which is available to guests free of charge. The pool is open from 1 June to 15 September.

The surrounding area

The strategically ideal location of Casa Maria is the perfect starting point for numerous excursions. In around 15 minutes you can reach the Costa Smeralda, which stretches along the coast to the north and has a legendary reputation - turquoise-coloured bays framed by fascinating granite rocks, white sandy beaches and winding fjords that cut deep into the undeveloped hilly landscape. Locations such as Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo become a playground for stars and starlets during the summer months, and the bars and discos are among the hippest in Italy.

The beautiful Marinella beach with its Caribbean-like shades of turquoise and blue is about 12 kilometres away and can be reached from Casa Maria in 15-20 minutes by car.

Olbia, with its excellent shopping facilities and many restaurants, is around 15 minutes away by car.

A special highlight are the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago: a group of islands with spectacular rocky landscapes, turquoise-blue sea and true dream beaches. Boat trips to the islands can be organised from the town of Palau, around 30 km away.
