Together with Villa Tamarix, Villa Mimosa forms a duplex, with each residence being a separate unit. Villa Mimosa is a lovingly decorated private home and consists of three bathrooms and five bedrooms with a total of ten beds (one being a pull-out bed). Two double bedrooms and a rooftop terrace are located on the top floor. A roomy and beautifully furnished living room with cozy seating by the fireplace makes the home especially welcoming to its visitors. Villa Mimosa is best only for older children as the spiral stairs in the living room are quite steep.

All of the houses in the residence are two stories and on the upper level you can enjoy unparalleled views of the sea.The particular charm of Is Suergius de Mari lies in its position on a quiet bay with a sandy beach free from mass tourism. During certain times of the year, dried seaweed can be found on the beach. Nonetheless, this hardly detracts from the place's charm.

These are the archaeological remains of the ancient harbour city of Nora, founded in 900 B.C.Many beautiful beaches can be found along the coast south of Pula. Especially the white sandy beaches of Chia, about 20 minutes by car from the house, are among the best beaches of the Mediterranean, with dunes covered in juniper bushes and crystal-clear turquoise water. Sporting opportunities are ample in the area, including golfing at Is Molas, horse riding excursions, and boat rental from the private yacht club of Cala Verde.

Arrival and departure
The houses are rented on a weekly basis, in general the arrivals are made Sundays and the departures on Saturdays. Depending on your flight or ferry connections we can make it possible for you to arrive or depart on other days as well.
For late arrivals after 8 pm an extra fee of Euro 50 will be charged.
Prices and tariffs
The prices quoted include the rental, accessory charges such as water or gas, final cleaning, reception and assistance as well as one set of bed linen and two towels per person. The beds are made upon arrival. 50 kwh electricity/week as basic consumption of the house are included, for large villas 100 kWh/week and for large villas with an own pool 150 kWh/week.
Potential additional costs If your house has air conditioning (heating and cooling function) we charge a prepayment of 50 Euro per week. The prepayment does not have to be paid in case you do not want to use the air conditioning. Please let us know before signing the mediation contract.
If you consume more than the included amount of electricity (50/100/150 kWh per week) the excess consumption costs 0,60 Euro/kWh.
If you travel with a dog a fee of Euro 50 has to be paid for the extra work at the final cleaning.

Deposit A deposit has to be made for the case of any damage that may occur. The amount varies in general between Euro 400 and Euro 700 depending of the house category. The deposit will be refunded after your departure except in cases of significant damage to the house.
Payment methods The payment generally is made by bank transfer. For an extra charge of 1% on the total amount of the booking the payment can also be made by credit card or paypal. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Please send us an e-mail if you want to pay by credit card.
Payment terms A down payment of 30% of the total amount of the booking has to be made within one week after booking. The remaining sum has to be paid until 8 weeks prior to departure.
Cancellation terms cancellation cost until 90 before the start of the renting period: 40% of the total amount of the booking cancellation in between 89th and 60th day before the start of the renting period: 60% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation in between 59th and 30th day before the start of the renting period: 70% of the total amount of the booking cancellation within 30 day before the start of the renting period or non-commencement: 90% of the total amount of the booking
