Close to the sea at the Costa Smeralda

Villetta Lu Postu Ginepro is distant only 250 metres from a small beach in the gulf of Arzachena, right in the heart of the famous Costa Smeralda. There are only 9 villas on the private estate of Lu Postu, which has a size of 12 hectares and is the only access to the small beach. So even in summer there are normally only the residents and guests of Lu Postu at this beach. From the small roof terrace of Villetta Lu Postu Ginepro there is a nice view over the surrounding nature and the gulf of Arzachena.

With just a short walk of 500 metres you can reach a second, bigger beach at the end of the bay. This is one of the very few Sardinian beaches where dogs are allowed during the summer season - generally dogs are not permitted on the beaches in Sardinia. Villetta Lu Postu Ginepro is therefore ideal also for everyone who is travelling with a dog.

The Villetta has a private property of roughly 3.000 square metres and the lawn around the house is ideal for sunbathing or playing with the kids. There is an outdoor shower ready for cooling on hot summer days. The small terrace has a view of the surrounding greenery and is the perfect place to enjoy the mild evening air with a good glass of wine.

The interior surface is approximately 55 square metres and the house has 2 bedrooms. On of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other bedroom has 2 single beds, making the house perfectly suitable for a family with 2 children. Villetta Lu Postu Ginepro has one bathroom with shower and the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven and extractor hood. There is a dining table and a sitting are with a comfortable sofa in the living room.

The roof terrace of the house is accessed by an external staircase and has a nice view over the area of Lu Postu.

The area

The Costa Smeralda is a coast of particular beauty – turquoise coves framed by granite rocks of weird shapes, white beaches and green hills covered with dense vegetation. Many beautiful beaches can be found in the surroundings of Lu Postu, such as Cala dei Ginepri, which is just a short drive from the house. The nearest restaurants are at 2 km. Other restaurants, bars and supermarkets can be found at the villages of a Cannigione and Baia Sardinia which are at 5 km from Lu Postu.Costa Smeralda offers plenty of entertainment, glamorous villages like Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo become the playground for stars and starlets during the summer months and the bars and discos are among the most exclusive ones of entire Italy. Therefore it is just a short drive from the profound peace of the natural landscape of Lu Postu right into the heart of the vibrant night-life of the rich and famous.
