Villa Li Conchi 13 consists of two separate parts, a day and a night area, which are connected by a spacious, partially covered patio. Equipped with a large dining table and comfortable sun beds, the patio becomes the heart of the villa: a fascinating, open space with breathtaking views of the sea. The artful design guarantees privacy and completely undisturbed moments with your family at any time.
A big, bright living room with sofa, dining table and attached kitchen forms the living area of Li Conchi 13. The floor to ceiling window offers stunning views over the sea and coast. The modern décor and furniture is dominated by bright colors and natural materials. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven and large fridge.
The sleeping area of Li Conchi 13 holds space for 7 people. It includes a main wing with two bedrooms for a total of five people and two modern shower rooms. One bedroom with double bed has its en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed. Furthermore there is a double bedroom in the basement floor, which is accessible by a staircase from the upper terrace.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room guarantee the right temperature at all times - also in the low season, when the devices can be used as heaters.
Some pizzerias and agriculturisms are within walking distance and many more restaurants and supermarkets are just within a short drive. To the village of Costa Rei it is approximately 10 minutes. The former fishing village Villasimius is located about 15 minutes south and offers year-round shops and a lively local life with many cafes, bars and restaurants.
Whereas in the pristine mountains of Sarrabus solitude and tranquility are guaranteed - the nature reserve of the "Monti dei Sette Fratelli" is directly adjacent to the complex of Li Conchi.

Arrival and departure
The houses are rented on a weekly basis, in general the arrivals are made Sundays and the departures on Saturdays. Depending on your flight or ferry connections we can make it possible for you to arrive or depart on other days as well.
For late arrivals after 8 pm an extra fee of Euro 50 will be charged.
Prices and tariffs
The prices quoted include the rental, accessory charges such as water or gas, final cleaning, reception and assistance as well as one set of bed linen and two towels per person. The beds are made upon arrival. 50 kwh electricity/week as basic consumption of the house are included, for large villas 100 kWh/week and for large villas with an own pool 150 kWh/week.
Potential additional costs
If your house has air conditioning (heating and cooling function) we charge a prepayment of 50 Euro per week. The prepayment does not have to be paid in case you do not want to use the air conditioning. Please let us know before signing the mediation contract.
If you consume more than the included amount of electricity (50/100/150 kWh per week) the excess consumption costs 0,60 Euro/kWh.
If you travel with a dog a fee of Euro 50 has to be paid for the extra work at the final cleaning.

A deposit has to be made for the case of any damage that may occur. The amount varies in general between Euro 400 and Euro 700 depending of the house category. The deposit will be refunded after your departure except in cases of significant damage to the house.
The payment generally is made by bank transfer. For an extra charge of 1% on the total amount of the booking the payment can also be made by credit card or paypal. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Please send us an e-mail if you want to pay by credit card.
A down payment of 30% of the total amount of the booking has to be made within one week after booking. The remaining sum has to be paid until 8 weeks prior to departure.
cancellation cost until 90 before the start of the renting period: 40% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation in between 89th and 60th day before the start of the renting period: 60% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation in between 59th and 30th day before the start of the renting period: 70% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation within 30 day before the start of the renting period or non-commencement: 90% of the total amount of the booking
