Villa Mediterranea is one of three villas built in the Moorish style, which are situated together on a spacious plot close to the beach. Just a few steps along a small path and you are on the beautiful sandy beach of the Costa Rei. The bright furnishings of the villa and the well-tended Mediterranean gardens of the property convey the carefree holiday feeling of a modern beach villa. The proximity to the beach makes Villa Mediterranea an ideal holiday home for families with children.

Only 90 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, Villa Mediterranea creates the ideal ambience for the most beautiful weeks of the year: a small garden with blood-red bougainvillea and the covered terrace let you enjoy outdoor life to the full. At the dining table on the terrace you can spend sociable evenings in the balmy night air of the south. Barbecue masters will enjoy the large, brick barbecue. A special highlight is the roof terrace with sea view, which is accessible via an external staircase.

Villa Mediterranea has a total of 4 bedrooms: one double room and two rooms with two single beds each as well as two bathrooms are located on the ground floor. The fourth bedroom is located in the basement of the house with a third bathroom. The basement is accessible via an interior staircase from the living room.

The living room on the ground floor is immediately adjacent to the terrace and has a large sofa area, a dining table and an indoor fireplace. The closed kitchen is equipped with an oven, large refrigerator and dishwasher. Of course, there is also a washing machine at guests´ disposal.

Villa Mediterranea has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. A parking space on the private property also belongs to the house.

The Costa Rei stretches behind a beautiful, several kilometre long sandy beach that slopes gently into the sea and is also ideal for families with children. Sports lovers can rent all kinds of water sports equipment along the beach.

The village of Costa Rei has numerous pizzerias, restaurants, bars and good shopping facilities, many of which are within easy walking distance. Once a week there is a traditional market with a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables, delicious regional specialities and traditional handicrafts.

In about 20 minutes by car you can reach the larger towns of Muravera and Villasimius, where all shops are open all year round - practical especially in the low season, when not all shops and restaurants on the Costa Rei are open yet.

In the surrounding area of the Costa Rei, there are many other beautiful beaches that are worth a visit, such as Cala Sinzias in the south or the hidden bays of Capo Ferrato in the north. In the hinterland, on the other hand, the untouched mountain world of the Sarrabus beckons - here you can take day tours into dense holm oak forests or summit hikes between rugged granite rocks and fragrant macchia.

Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, is about an hour´s drive away.
