Villa Fresia is situated in an absolutely privileged location directly on the beautiful sandy beach of the Costa Rei. A small door leads you from your own garden directly onto the beach - simply walk barefoot through the sand to the water. Surrounded by a lovingly tended garden with green hedges and Mediterranean plants, you can enjoy maximum privacy and tranquillity here. The holiday home is spread over two floors and offers space for up to six or seven people with three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden. There are two single beds in the third bedroom, and an additional bed can be provided in one of the rooms if required.

The open-plan living room with dining area and partially integrated, fully equipped kitchen is located on the upper floor. The sea-view terrace is furnished with a dining table and a large, brick-built barbecue and is accessible both from the living room and directly from the garden by stairs.

The interior is very well maintained and exudes a touch of nostalgic charm with its classic style - a home with soul and history. Various seating areas and sun loungers invite you to relax in the garden. Listen to the sound of the sea and leave everyday life far behind you.

The Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sardinia, with a beautiful sandy beach several kilometres long that slopes gently into the sea and is also ideal for families with children. Sports enthusiasts can hire all kinds of water sports equipment along the beach. In addition to direct access to this beach, you can also reach other beautiful bays such as Cala Monte Turno or Cala Sinzias in just a few minutes by car. In the hinterland, on the other hand, the unspoilt mountain world of the Sarrabus beckons - here you can go on day trips into dense holm oak forests or hike to the summits between rugged granite rocks and fragrant macchia.

The village of Costa Rei has numerous pizzerias, restaurants, bars and good shopping facilities, many of which are within easy walking distance. The traditional market takes place once a week and offers a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables, delicious regional specialities and traditional handicraft products.

The larger towns of Muravera and Villasimius, where all shops are open all year round, can be reached in around 20 minutes by car - particularly useful in the low season, when not all shops and restaurants on the Costa Rei are open.
