Between nature and jet set: Villa Jasmine is a dreamlike, detached property in the Is Molas Golf Club Resort with sea views. The villa extends over 2 levels and offers everything for a truly Mediterranean feel-good experience.

The light-flooded, bright ground floor has a tastefully furnished living room with exposed beams on two levels with cosy seating areas. Also on the ground floor are 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, an additional bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. From there you have direct access to the garden. Two terraces with stylish lounge furniture are perfect for relaxing.

On the basement floor of the villa there are a further 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a fully equipped utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The basement can also be accessed via a separate entrance from the garden.

The private pool with outdoor shower and a brick-built whirlpool are available for your refreshment in between. The beautifully ingrown garden with fragrant shrubs and old olive trees makes outdoor living here a real pleasure.

People and markets - Sports and Beaches

In the town of Pula, ony 4 km from the villa, you can visit the weekly market on Tuesdays. Traditional shops, beautiful fashion boutiques, a village square with ancient buildings and church, street cafés, ice cream parlours and restaurants invite you to stroll and linger there. Pula also offers culinary delights: shopping in well furnished grocery stores or directly from the farmers as well as a lot of recommendable restaurants.

Cultural highlight in the area of Pula: On a peninsula lies the archaeological site of the ancient city of Nora, founded in the 9th Century BC.

Driving direction south, the white sand beaches of Chia with its up to 30 meters high, juniper-covered dunes will impress you. Sports: 27 hole Golf course of Is Molas, riding stables, boat rental, mountain biking, water sports and last but not least surfing and kiting, where wind and waves allow it.
