You can reach the lively village of Pula and the exclusive golf course Is Molas in only a few minutes by car.
A Sardinian farmhouse with the flair of a modern holiday villa
Luxury and traditional Sardinian farmer culture make Villa Fiori 2 very special. Equipped with premium furnishings, this Villa offers 2 double bedrooms and one further bedroom with two individual beds, enough room for 6 persons. There are also two bathrooms with shower. In these quiet surroundings, you will sleep as if you were in the clouds. The open living room and dining room with kitchen feature a pleasing design with simple elegance with natural flagstones, white walled couch area, open fireplace, wicker chairs and wooden furniture. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and a large refrigerator with freezer. Most of the time is spent outside in the fresh air – especially, enjoying the view, on the lavish deck with its stylish, timbered roof, and its comfortable furnishings for sitting and lying down. The completely private pool area for this villa only is only a few steps from the house. The quiet of this property allows for complete relaxation in nature, undisturbed. Except that sometimes the luxuriantly planted land attracts the deer from the surrounding woods – a special sort of nature experience.Villa Fiori 1 and Villa Fiori 2 belong together, but can be enjoyed perfectly as separate residences. Each guest can enjoy his or her vacation undisturbed given the spacious grounds of more than a hectare. Each half of the house has its own entry and completely separate pool area.
The local surroundings
You will find all sorts of shops, restaurants and pizzerias in the lively town of Pula, about ten minutes by car away. Just outside of Pula one of the most intriguing cultural attractions lies on a small peninsula: the archaeological remains of the ancient harbour city of Nora, founded in 900 B.C.Along the coast south of Pula many beautiful beaches can be found, the closest ones to the villa are at a distance of roughly 6 km. In about 20 minutes by car you can reach the magnificent beaches of Chia, which are among the best beaches of the Mediterranean, with dunes covered in juniper bushes and crystal-clear turquoise water. Sporting opportunities are ample in the area including horse riding excursions and boat rental from the private yacht club of Cala Verde. Of special interest to golfers is the famous 27 hole Is Molas golf course, less than 3 km from the house.Cagliari, Sardinia’s ancient capital, with its marina, idyllic harbour quarter and majestic Castello, is roughly half an hour by car away.Features

Arrival and departure
The houses are rented on a weekly basis, in general the arrivals are made Sundays and the departures on Saturdays. Depending on your flight or ferry connections we can make it possible for you to arrive or depart on other days as well.
For late arrivals after 8 pm an extra fee of Euro 50 will be charged.
Prices and tariffs
The prices quoted include the rental, accessory charges such as water or gas, final cleaning, reception and assistance as well as one set of bed linen and two towels per person. The beds are made upon arrival. 50 kwh electricity/week as basic consumption of the house are included, for large villas 100 kWh/week and for large villas with an own pool 150 kWh/week.
Potential additional costs
If your house has air conditioning (heating and cooling function) we charge a prepayment of 50 Euro per week. The prepayment does not have to be paid in case you do not want to use the air conditioning. Please let us know before signing the mediation contract.
If you consume more than the included amount of electricity (50/100/150 kWh per week) the excess consumption costs 0,60 Euro/kWh.
If you travel with a dog a fee of Euro 50 has to be paid for the extra work at the final cleaning.

Deposit
A deposit has to be made for the case of any damage that may occur. The amount varies in general between Euro 400 and Euro 700 depending of the house category. The deposit will be refunded after your departure except in cases of significant damage to the house.
Payment methods
The payment generally is made by bank transfer. For an extra charge of 1% on the total amount of the booking the payment can also be made by credit card or paypal. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Please send us an e-mail if you want to pay by credit card.
Payment terms
A down payment of 30% of the total amount of the booking has to be made within one week after booking. The remaining sum has to be paid until 8 weeks prior to departure.
Cancellation terms
cancellation cost until 90 before the start of the renting period: 40% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation in between 89th and 60th day before the start of the renting period: 60% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation in between 59th and 30th day before the start of the renting period: 70% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation within 30 day before the start of the renting period or non-commencement: 90% of the total amount of the booking
