Villa Daniele is crowned by a magnificent rooftop terrace from which you can enjoy the white, gleaming sands of Costa Rei’s finest beaches by day, and count the infinite constellations by night. An outdoor stairway connects this private sun-bathing area to the ground level via a stone-lined, spiral staircase.

Villa Daniele is one half of a duplex with first-class appointments, lying only three hundred meters from gorgeous beaches. A short walk through fragrant macchia and sandy reeds, over a seldom-travelled road, and you will arrive at the water’s edge. Costa Rei, stretching for over eight kilometers of fine-grained light-colored sands, offers the perfect location to spend an unforgettable vacation under the open sky.

Above the thirty square meter loggia, outfitted with a barbeque, you will find a magnificent living room. Here you can enjoy the atmosphere of an open kitchen from the comfort of cozy sitting and dining areas. The two bedrooms provide ample space for four people (five with an additionally available extra bed), and an extra bathroom done in beautiful mosaics ensures practicality. All the technical amenities are available including air-conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Villa Daniele is the perfect place families or friends travelling together to get to know the legendary Costa Rei.

 

The Villaggio Rei Sole

Villa Daniele belongs to the recently constructed Villaggio Rei Sole. The individual villas of this villaggio are characterized by a well-planned, solid construction. With a favorable location on the sea, Villagio Rei Sole offers all the comforts and charms of a private residence. The entrance to the villas passes through several acres of untouched countryside and the beach in front of the Villaggio is pristine and covered with light-colored sand.Light, sunny rooms with lots of windows welcome you in true Mediterranean style. A small indoor courtyard, which you can arrange and use as you wish, can create an intimate space for enjoying dinner under the stars or become a relaxed space for children at play. On the large terrace underneath the shade of the pergola, you have an uninterrupted view of the magnificent southern landscape. In the garden you will find a pathway which leads you through the large, green garden with vibrant hibiscus in full bloom, directly to the beach.

 

In the area

The Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sardinia with a wonderful sandy beach that is several kilometres long, slopes gently into the sea and is also ideal for families with children. Sports lovers can rent all kinds of water sports equipment along the beach.Villaggio Rei Sole is at the northern part of the beach, whereas the village of Costa Rei is at a distance of roughly 2 km at the central part of the beach. In the Costa Rei village you can find pizzerias, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Once a week the traditional market offers a big variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables, regional specialities and traditional craft products.In 20 minutes by car you can reach the towns of Muravera and Villasimius where the shops are open all-year round - very practical for the off-season period when not all the shops at Costa Rei are open.In the surrounding areas of Costa Rei many more beautiful beaches are well worth the visit, for example Cala Sinzias to the south or the hidden coves at Capo Ferrato to the north. In the hinterland the unspoiled mountains of the Sarrabus are waiting to be explored - ideal for day trips into dense holm-oak forests or trekking in between granite peaks and scented Mediterranean vegetation.
