The water of the private pool in the villa´s garden glistens in the sun. The sea is just a 10-minute walk away, as the beaches of the "Cala dei Ginepri" - a series of beautiful sandy bays set against the deep green of the undeveloped hills - are just 700 metres away.

Modern design and Mediterranean flair

Villa Cala dei Ginepri offers space for 6-8 people: two bedrooms are on the first floor, a third bedroom is on the basement floor of the villa. In front of the bedroom on the basement floor there is a large passageway room with another double bed. Two children can sleep here if required. The villa has two bathrooms, air conditioning and WiFi.

The architectural style of the villa is characterised by a modern, Mediterranean design. On the ground floor there is an elegant living room with a glass front and an adjoining, very well-equipped kitchen. From the villa´s living room there is access to the covered terrace, from which the view sweeps over the surrounding hills - this is the ideal place to enjoy meals together and savour the unique flair of Mediterranean evenings.

The villa´s well-tended garden offers plenty of privacy and a large barbecue area. A few steps lead from the terrace and garden to the villa´s pool area, which invites you to sunbathe and, of course, take a dip in the water at any time. The pool has a very special atmosphere when lit up in the evening.

The sandy coves of the "Cala dei Ginepri", which can be reached on foot, are a real experience with picturesque rocks and crystal-clear water.

The surrounding area

The Costa Smeralda has an almost legendary reputation - turquoise-coloured bays framed by fascinating granite rocks, white sandy beaches and winding fjords that cut deep into the undeveloped hilly landscape. In addition to the "Cala dei Ginepri", there are many other beautiful beaches in the surrounding area that can be reached by a short drive from the villa. Restaurants are about 2 km away. The nearest towns are Baia Sardinia (4 km) and Cannigione (7 km), where you will find many more restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Evening entertainment is also provided, as the natural beauty of the coast magically attracts the international jet set. Sophisticated places such as Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo become a playground for stars and starlets during the summer months, and the bars and discos are among the hippest in Italy. And so it is only a short distance from the tranquil natural surroundings of the villa to the vibrant nightlife of the Costa Smeralda.
