Pure beach and nature

Villetta Agave is located in the quiet holiday resort of Baia delle Mimose near Badesi, surrounded by extensive sand dunes. The beautiful sandy beach of Baia delle Mimose is only about 200 metres from the house and can be easily reached on foot via a small path through the dunes. Nestled in greenery, between pine trees and shady paths, this single-storey holiday home combines the relaxed atmosphere of a classic beach residence with the comfort of modern, well-equipped accommodation.

Cosy atmosphere for relaxing holidays

The approximately 65–70 m² villetta is ideal for families, couples or small groups of friends who appreciate being close to the sea and nature. The living area is bright and friendly, with a smart TV and air conditioning to ensure pleasant temperatures even on hot summer days. Adjacent to this is the dining area and the well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and all the essential cooking utensils – perfect for preparing fresh fish or regional specialities yourself.

The sleeping area comprises a tastefully furnished double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, each with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows, so that even sensitive sleepers can rest well. The living room also has a sofa bed that can sleep two additional children or teenagers, so that a total of up to six guests can be accommodated. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and bidet; a washing machine is also available.

Outside, there is a terrace with a dining area and a large brick barbecue corner, ideal for evenings together under the starry sky. Thanks to its location in a holiday village, the villetta is quiet yet not isolated.

The surroundings

Villetta Agave is ideally located for exploring the many highlights of northern Sardinia: in addition to long sandy beaches such as Li Junchi, there are many small bays with dream beaches such as Li Cossi or Tinnari on the rugged coast around Isola Rossa and Costa Paradiso, known for its reddish rocks and the intense blue of the sea. Both the coast and the hilly hinterland are ideal for hiking.

The nearest town, Badesi, is only a few kilometres away and offers a selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, which you can reach on foot or in a few minutes by car. Here you can enjoy regional specialities such as fresh fish, Sardinian pasta and local wines.

About a 20-minute drive to the west, Castelsardo rises on a rocky promontory above the sea, characterised by a medieval castle, narrow streets and colourful houses. The picturesque village combines a historic atmosphere with pretty viewpoints and a lively piazza culture.

In the far north, near Santa Teresa Gallura, lies Capo Testa with its lighthouse and dramatic rocky landscape, shaped by wind and waves over thousands of years. From here, on a clear day, you can enjoy views of the coast of Corsica, just a few kilometres away.

A highlight on the north coast is the La Maddalena National Park Archipelago, a protected island paradise with over 180 kilometres of coastline and exceptionally clear water. The islands of La Maddalena, Caprera and Spargi offer secluded bays, bizarre granite formations and excellent conditions for swimming, snorkelling and boating.
