Villa Porta is located directly on the ‘Poetto’, the 8 kilometre long sandy beach of the island´s capital, Cagliari. A small gate leads from the villa´s garden onto the soft, golden sand, leaving you spoilt for choice as to whether you want to swim in the villa´s own pool or in the turquoise waters of the beautiful beach. Villa Porta also offers all the amenities of nearby town life, such as restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the vicinity, as well as a strategically ideal location for exploring the entire south of Sardinia.

Bright beach villa with excellent facilities

This spacious villa extends over 2 floors with around 210 square metres of living space and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The modern interior is decorated in light colours. The light-flooded ground floor houses the villa´s living and dining area as well as a well-equipped, open-plan kitchen. The large sofa group is arranged around a flat-screen TV, while the dining area overlooks the private pool.

Each of the villa´s 5 bedrooms has its own modern en-suite bathroom. Maritime design elements create the ambience of a real beach villa and the air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures. Fast WLAN is available.

The highlight of the villa´s outdoor area is the private pool, around which there are various seating and lounging options for sunbathing and relaxation. A covered area not only offers pleasant shade on hot days, but with its large dining table and seating it also becomes the centre of the evening get-together in the balmy night air - a large, brick barbecue is ready and waiting. A few steps across a lawn lead to the garden gate with direct access to the beach.

From Villa Porta, the beach stretches for about 8 kilometres to the ‘Sella del Diavolo’ - the striking rocky saddle at the end of the large bay. There are many beach bars and excellent restaurants along the entire beach. The city centre of Cagliari is around 15 minutes away by car. Numerous sights await you there, such as museums, archaeological sites and a wonderful old town centre. Immerse yourself in the lively nightlife of the capital on the central ‘Piazza Yenne’ and enjoy the joie de vivre of the Cagliaritans in one of the most beautiful harbour towns in the Mediterranean.

Towards the south-east, a wonderful landscape and many beaches that are among the most beautiful in Sardinia await you. From ‘Mari Pintau’ beach (18km) to Villasimius (38km) and Costa Rei (48km), there are over 30 fantastic beaches along the coast, all of which can be reached in 15 to 45 minutes by car.
