Mediterranean flair with privacy

Villa Monica has three bedrooms for a maximum of 6 people: two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. Besides two bathrooms with shower, there is an additional bathroom (without shower) which is directly connected to one of the double bedrooms. The functional kitchen is well equipped and of course there is also a dishwasher and washing machine.

The spacious living room with wood-beamed ceiling and cosy indoor fireplace make Villa Monica an ideal family home even in low season. During the summer months you will always keep cool thanks to the air conditioning. Villa Monica has WiFi and its own parking space.

A special highlight are the outdoor areas of Villa Monica. The well-kept, overgrown garden offers you plenty of privacy and the terrace becomes the centre of life in typical Mediterranean style: enjoy the morning sun while having breakfast together or the mild evening air while barbecuing on the large, brick BBQ - with the sea always in view.

To reach the beach, there is a short path between the flowering gardens of other holiday villas, crossing only a small, traffic-calmed road.

In the area

The Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sardinia with a wonderful sandy beach that is several kilometres long, slopes gently into the sea and is also ideal for families with children. Sports lovers can rent all kinds of water sports equipment along the beach.In the village of Costa Rei you can find pizzerias, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, in large part accessible on foot. Once a week the traditional market offers a big variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables, regional specialities and traditional craft products.

In 20 minutes by car you can reach the towns of Muravera and Villasimius where the shops are open all-year round - very practical for the off-season period when not all the shops at Costa Rei are open.

In the surrounding areas of Costa Rei many more beautiful beaches are well worth the visit, for example Cala Sinzias to the south or the hidden coves at Capo Ferrato to the north. In the hinterland the unspoiled mountains of the Sarrabus are waiting to be explored - ideal for day trips into dense holm-oak forests or trekking in between granite peaks and scented Mediterranean vegetation.
