Villa Maria Lina is a terraced house in the complex Turagri. The small garden is very well maintained. You can hear the sound of the nearby sea from the covered patio, which is surrounded by blooming hibiscus, white jasmine and colourful oleander bushes. Even though the house is part of a complex of houses, the cleverly designed garden guarantees a lot of privacy.The air-conditioned house boosts space for 5-6 people. On the ground floor you will find one bathroom and two bedrooms on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have a double bed and one has a direct access into the garden. From the living room a steep staircase (not recommended for small children) leads to a small, open space attic: the third bedroom with two single beds. The living room is equipped with a sitting area and a kitchen corner with dishwasher and washing machine (no oven) and dining table.Most of the time you will spend on the beautiful outside terrace with comfortable seating furniture and lounge chairs. For outdoor cooking you can use the brick barbecue in the garden and when you come back from the sea, a garden shower with hot water awaits you.

The Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sardinia with a wonderful sandy beach that is several kilometres long, slopes gently into the sea and is also ideal for families with children. Sports lovers can rent all kinds of water sports equipment along the beach.In the village of Costa Rei you can find pizzerias, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, in large part accessible on foot. Once a week the traditional market offers a big variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables, regional specialities and traditional craft products.In 20 minutes by car you can reach the towns of Muravera and Villasimius where the shops are open all-year round - very practical for the off-season period when not all the shops at Costa Rei are open.In the surrounding areas of Costa Rei many more beautiful beaches are well worth the visit, for example Cala Sinzias to the south or the hidden coves at Capo Ferrato to the north. In the hinterland the unspoiled mountains of the Sarrabus are waiting to be explored - ideal for day trips into dense holm-oak forests or trekking in between granite peaks and scented Mediterranean vegetation.
