Here you can take full advantage of the proximity to the beach by taking a quick swim before breakfast or strolling along the sands at night. The beach itself is light and composed of fine sand. It is an ideal location for families with children, where the clear waters and large boulders present the perfect opportunity for snorkeling.

The captivating contrast of light and shadow plays upon the luscious green of the garden and highlights the intensive scarlet Bougainvillea. The white blooms of jasmine tendrils create an extraordinary impression on the ambiance of the house. The owner’s artistic taste has created a home with many fascinating details, such as the polished stone tiles of the walls. The free-standing house offers one hundred square meters of living space. There is a covered terrace and a beautiful garden lies alongside the house, where you can truly enjoy the fresh air and life in the great outdoors. The house has four bedrooms with air-conditioning, two bathrooms, an attractive living room and a built-in kitchen with all the necessary appliance.
In the area
The Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sardinia with a wonderful sandy beach that is several kilometres long, slopes gently into the sea and is also ideal for families with children. Sports lovers can rent all kinds of water sports equipment along the beach.In the village of Costa Rei you can find pizzerias, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, in large part accessible on foot. Once a week the traditional market offers a big variety of fresh local fruits and vegetables, regional specialities and traditional craft products.In 20 minutes by car you can reach the towns of Muravera and Villasimius where the shops are open all-year round - very practical for the off-season period when not all the shops at Costa Rei are open.In the surrounding areas of Costa Rei many more beautiful beaches are well worth the visit, for example Cala Sinzias to the south or the hidden coves at Capo Ferrato to the north. In the hinterland the unspoiled mountains of the Sarrabus are waiting to be explored - ideal for day trips into dense holm-oak forests or trekking in between granite peaks and scented Mediterranean vegetation.

Arrival and departure
The houses are rented on a weekly basis, in general the arrivals are made Sundays and the departures on Saturdays. Depending on your flight or ferry connections we can make it possible for you to arrive or depart on other days as well.
For late arrivals after 8 pm an extra fee of Euro 50 will be charged.
Prices and tariffs
The prices quoted include the rental, accessory charges such as water or gas, final cleaning, reception and assistance as well as one set of bed linen and two towels per person. The beds are made upon arrival. 50 kwh electricity/week as basic consumption of the house are included, for large villas 100 kWh/week and for large villas with an own pool 150 kWh/week.
Potential additional costs If your house has air conditioning (heating and cooling function) we charge a prepayment of 50 Euro per week. The prepayment does not have to be paid in case you do not want to use the air conditioning. Please let us know before signing the mediation contract.
If you consume more than the included amount of electricity (50/100/150 kWh per week) the excess consumption costs 0,60 Euro/kWh.
If you travel with a dog a fee of Euro 50 has to be paid for the extra work at the final cleaning.

Deposit A deposit has to be made for the case of any damage that may occur. The amount varies in general between Euro 400 and Euro 700 depending of the house category. The deposit will be refunded after your departure except in cases of significant damage to the house.
Payment methods The payment generally is made by bank transfer. For an extra charge of 1% on the total amount of the booking the payment can also be made by credit card or paypal. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Please send us an e-mail if you want to pay by credit card.
Payment terms A down payment of 30% of the total amount of the booking has to be made within one week after booking. The remaining sum has to be paid until 8 weeks prior to departure.
Cancellation terms cancellation cost until 90 before the start of the renting period: 40% of the total amount of the booking cancellation in between 89th and 60th day before the start of the renting period: 60% of the total amount of the booking
cancellation in between 59th and 30th day before the start of the renting period: 70% of the total amount of the booking cancellation within 30 day before the start of the renting period or non-commencement: 90% of the total amount of the booking
