Villa Is Molas Monte is surrounded by evergreen macchia and a 10-hectare pine forest. It was built as a manor house made of regional and antique materials and offers a fantastic view of Pula and the sea. In the distance, you see the tower of the antique Roman village of Nora. Because of its spacious capacity, generous terraces and bountiful open seating, the Villa Is Molas Monte is perfect for holidays with large families or groups of friends. However, the villa is constructed so well that you also feel comfortable with two people. Visiting couples will also feel relaxed and comfortable in the villa’s beautiful and cozy setting.

A covered terrace provides guests with the opportunity to experience the one of a kind character of a Mediterranean estate. A beautiful pool, embedded in rock, is available exclusively to the guests of the villa. Villa Is Molas Monte is an exclusive villa with five bedrooms (four are equipped with air conditioning), four bathrooms and a living room with a traditional Sardinian fireplace. Equipped with a washing machine, a dish washer, an electric oven as well as a large refrigerator the villa’s kitchen can accommodate meal preparation for large groups. The room-high glazed living space with its antique Sardinian furniture and a large inside fireplace was furnished by the family, internationally known interior designers. The private pool is filled from May 1st.

 

One day at Villa Is Molas Monte

Golf enthusiasts have the luxury of starting the perfect summer day at the golf course of Is Molas. Relaxation begins for everyone at the pool, which offers a magnificent view of the natural surroundings in absolute tranquility. Afternoons are an opportunity to enjoy a scenic drive to one of the beautiful beaches of the area. Nothing highlights a lovely vacation day like an evening on the terrace overlooking the incredible panorama with a glass of local Sardinian wine.

You will find all sorts of shops, restaurants and pizzerias in the lively town of Pula, about ten minutes by car away. Just outside of Pula one of the most intriguing cultural attractions lies on a small peninsula: the archaeological remains of the ancient harbour city of Nora, founded in 900 B.C.Along the coast south of Pula many beautiful beaches can be found, the closest ones to the villa are at a distance of roughly 6 km. In about 20 minutes by car you can reach the magnificent beaches of Chia, which are among the best beaches of the Mediterranean, with dunes covered in juniper bushes and crystal-clear turquoise water. Sporting opportunities are ample in the area including horse riding excursions and boat rental from the private yacht club of Cala Verde. Of special interest to golfers is the famous 27 hole Is Molas golf course, less than 3 km from the house.Cagliari, Sardinia’s ancient capital, with its marina, idyllic harbour quarter and majestic Castello, is roughly half an hour by car away.
