Family flat at the dream beach of the Costa Rei

Appartamento Anita is located on the upper floor of a pleasant summer house in typical Mediterranean style. The long beach of the Costa Rei, considered one of the most beautiful in Sardinia, is only 200 m away. A short walk takes you past holiday villas with flowering gardens and you are already standing with your feet in the soft sand, with the turquoise blue sea in front of you. Thanks to its privileged location, Appartamento Anita is an ideal holiday home for families with children - whether swimming in the shallow water or building castles in the fine sand, the beach by the house is simply perfect for children. Several restaurants and supermarkets can be easily reached on foot.

Private garden and large terrace

Appartamento Anita is located in a semi-detached house. Another flat with its own entrance is in the basement, which is rented separately. Thanks to the slighty sloping position of the building, the side and rear part of Appartamento Anita are at ground level and so the flat is surrounded on 2 sides by a garden of about 100 sqm, overgrown with olive trees, which is exclusively available to the guests of Appartamento Anita. There is also a private parking space on the property.

At the front of the flat is the large covered terrace - light, airy and with the large brick barbecue, it provides the ideal setting for relaxed outdoor living.

The living room with sofa, cosy indoor fireplace and dining table has a kitchenette fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge and cooker. The air conditioning keeps you cool even in the hot months. In addition to a bathroom with shower, Villa Anita has a double bedroom and a room with two single beds and can accommodate 4 people.

In close proximity

The Costa Rei stretches behind a beautiful, several kilometres long sandy beach which slopes gently into the sea and is also ideal for children. Sports lovers can rent all kinds of water sports equipment along the beach.

The village of Costa Rei has numerous pizzerias, restaurants, bars and good shopping facilities, many of which are within easy walking distance. Once a week there is a traditional market with a wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables, delicious regional specialities and traditional handicrafts.

In about 20 minutes by car you can reach the larger towns of Muravera and Villasimius, where all shops are open all year round - practical especially in the low season, when not all shops and restaurants on the Costa Rei are open yet.

In the surrounding area of the Costa Rei, there are many other beautiful beaches that are worth a visit, such as Cala Sinzias in the south or the hidden bays of Capo Ferrato in the north. In the hinterland, the untouched mountain world of the Sarrabus beckons - here you can take day tours into dense holm oak forests or summit hikes between rugged granite rocks and fragrant macchia.
