Villa Massidda is a light-flooded holiday domicile close to the beach, over two floors. Its location is simply breathtaking: directly on the beach of a luxurious villa area - peace and wonderful bathing fun are guaranteed here. A pine forest rises behind the house. Whoever would like to enjoy the lively Sardinian village life in addition to this wonderful, near-natural location will find what they are looking for at Pula, which is only a few kilometres away. There are shopping facilities, restaurants and a fresh weekly market. In the excavation sites of Nora near Pula, Roman finds from the 9th century BC are impressive.

A dream location for a very special holiday

Villa Massidda extends over 2 floors: raised basement and first floor. The blue of the water and the white of the beaches are reflected in the Mediterranean furnishings - this colour scheme rounds off the perfect beach house feeling. Already the pictures awaken the longing to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the sea and to be greeted by its glitter in the morning. The villa has 5 bedrooms, one of them with a fantastic sea view, as well as 3 modern bathrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, all others can be made up as double or single beds. Two bedrooms are located in the basement and have smaller skylight windows and are pleasantly cool in summer.
When you look out the window of the living room on the upper floor, the wide sea spreads out in front of you. An outside staircase leads from here into the Mediterranean garden. The renovated kitchen, located in the cool basement of the holiday home, is equipped with a hatch to the dining room. The special: A grill and a pizza oven are embedded in the wall. Let the sea breeze blow around your nose already at breakfast when you sit on the covered terrace in the green front garden and enjoy your holiday in Sardinia. The garden with barbecue and practical hot water outdoor shower is only separated from the beach by a hedge - so it is literally only a few steps to the water. Romantic conclusion after a wonderful day´s holiday: an evening walk along coast or watching the moon reflect on the water from the balcony.

Villa Massidda is a semi-detached house, right next door is Villa Fernando. Larger travel communities of more than 10 people can ideally rent Villa Massidda and Villa Fernando of the house together.

Within the area

A small supermarket for quick shopping trips is reachable by car in just a few minutes. The nearby town of Pula offers a great selection of shopping possibilities, even the opportunity to buy your wares directly from the farmer himself. There you will find boutiques, plazas and churches for your shopping and sightseeing pleasure. A plaza with a church and an ancient stone wall invite a day of strolling. A major cultural attraction in the area is excavation site of the ancient Roman city of Nora, which was founded in 900 B.C. Only 10 minutes by car from the house the white sandy beaches of Chia beckon for a visit, with dunes covered in juniper bushes and clear Caribbean-like waters. Sporting opportunities are ample in this area, including golfing at Is Molas, horse riding excursions, and boat rental from the private yacht club of Cala Verde.
